What do I get over going to a standard gym?
One on one with a coach every class that will learn your goals and limits to help you achieve your goals. On top of the fitness there is a large range of classes. We offer Capoeira, MMA, Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing.
What if I’m a beginner?
Everyone starts from somewhere. Some clients can’t lift the bar and within weeks or months can lift or squat their weight. We will build you up safely and keep building to achieve those goals.
What sort of people attend the gym?
We have a wide range of clients. Families with their kids, couples, women and men. From doctors to artists or casual to competitor everyone is friendly and willing to assist.
I’d like to start working on fighting classes, where do I start?
We will start you off slow, we don’t throw gloves on you and push you in. Learning techniques so everyone is safe is always the best place to start and depending on what you’re looking to learn the coach can tell you which classes will work for you.
How much does it cost?
We have several options. From month to month, annual, and referrals. Give us a call or shoot us an email so we can see which is best.
How many people are in a class?
Depending on the time it can range from 5 to 15. We have over 5,000 sq ft with a large range of equipment so you won’t need to wait around for your next set.
How kid friendly is it?
We offer classes specifically for kids by coaches that love to work with little ones. It’s extremely fun and a great way to tire them out!
Where do I park?
We have spots in our lot and the whole street is available. Just make sure you’re on the correct side to park.
